Mare and Foal Update

Thanks to all of those who have been following. I am pleased to announce that, Miss Cupcake's foal by Officer Rocket was a colt, and he is now beginning his training under trainer / owner Ronney W. Brown, a successful trainer based out of Charles Town, WV.  Ronney also has Indy Tech's first and last foal, also a colt.  Indy Tech passed away in her pasture earlier this summer due to unknown causes. Colic is suspected.

In 2014, Miss Cupcake was bred to Prints of Peace, a son of Storm Cat and half-brother to graded stakes winner Mission Impazible. Unfortunately, the foal died at 3 weeks of age due to injuries sustained in a stall.

Miss Cupcake was bred back to well-known NY stakes winner Friend Or Foe, along with mare Sweet Sissy Dawn. Sweet Sissy Dawn is from the family of Gr. 1 14 Hands Winery Breeders Cup Juvenile Fillies favorite winner Songbird via 3rd dam Torsion Belle, from the Boudoir II family. The resultant foal will also have a pedigree similar to Songbird, with a double of Prince John present in the dams of both the sire and the dam, along with many lines of distaff force La Troienne.

Also new for 2015 are Mi Margarita (by Mingun), from the family of Gone West, and Faithtrustpixidust, from the female line of Too Bald and by Kentucky super-sire Malibu Moon.

I will be making regular updates to this blog as I see that people across the globe are following along.
